does any1 knows how to prevent mail and phone running in the background, always when i open SBSettings and click processes, there running, when i delete them there and open SBSettings and processes again, there back. i have an iphone 3g on 4.2.1 (no multitasking features installed).

i want to prevent them from running cause they use RAM and makes it a bit slower.

for those people who have installed SBSettings and tried to swipe the banner/status bar but nothin happens i've figured out a way to make it slide down!

Settings > scroll down > activator > at home screen > scroll down to status bar > choose one of them > press SBSettings > go to spring board > try swipe the banner/status bar now!
