@fireman9576 Yes but she has a black skirt under the outer layer covering her? The parents probably just wanted to show how windy it was on the bridge by filming here as nothing private is really seen. I am a bit suprised by how much people work their imagination to fill in things that are not there and turn a innocent video into something nasty. Paranoia much? :P
