Luke AFB runs the F-16's which have single shot drop flares with NO parachutes! same with the A-10! WAKE UP, parachute flares aren't really even used anymore! Flares they last about 5 seconds. And if they were flares falling to the ground in Arizona with parachutes the Military put thousands of peoples lifes in danger, they could of started a HUGE fire. You really think they would of dropped those of the city and Mountains? NO!

This happen 4-5 years every March and April around the same time, watch the Phoenix Lights documentary and you will see the REAL story, video that has not been showed on this and that pilot lied. The real pilots that went up there to see what it was saw the objects on there infared camera and it scared them so bad from what they saw they aborted the mission.

Also, the flares supporters do not claim that the flares "flew overhead" and passed by. There are no videos whatsoever of these lights "flying by." My suggestion is that these flares -- which were not conventional military flares by any means -- were very distant. Light travels VERY far in the dark. I am not unconvinced in the flare theory.

I'm a pretty big believer in UFOs and extraterrestrial existence, but this was pretty clearly just flares. What they said makes perfect sense, there really isn't any indication to suggest that these were not flares.

I have seen flares myself and they tend to illuminate their own smoke at night. And yet the profile of the mountain in the daytime, coinciding with the fading out of the flares, is compelling. If they are flares, they look a lot closer than reality, giving the illusion they are over the city.
