The rules are all wrong. Players should be allowed to punch the referees. If they're on the ice with the players, the refs should be fair game.

Van Hellemond deserved that. Absolutely 100%. Yes, the linesmen protected Hunter. I have no idea why but they would stop anyone from trying to punch him. I never ever understood why.
