@ExquisiteCombos their is a memory card folder in the game itself on the psp. But easily to transfer save from ps3 to psp.

when i try to play ff9 the game loads but wont load the opening cutscene. same goes for metal gear solid and probably any other multi disc game. single disc games work fine though

For some reason once i have made the eboots ( Toshinden and Zero Divide 2) i get the sony logo and then black screen and nothing happens, i do have custom firmware so im very curious to know what im doing wrong........help would be greatly appreciated

I may be wrong, but if you go to the main menu ,where you can choose photos, videos, games, etc on your psp (home menu), and then you press 'select' change the UMD thingy to the m33 one.

Oh and if that still doesn't work... shut off(hold pow 5 secs),reboot holding R to enter a recovery menu, go to configuration, Click on game folder homebrew and it should end up changing to 'Game folder homebrew (currently: 1.50 kernel)

The important part is the '1.50 kernel. Good luck :D

I used CloneCD with Einhander, and then turned it into an EBOOT file, works beautifully! EXCELLENT program! BUT.........

I downloaded Bust-a-Move 2 for PSX, (from emuparadise) and it was BIN .CUE files.

It got converted to an EBOOT too quickly and says gamedata corrupted.

What do I do to make this working?

@KRug47 Check the PSX on PSP Compatibility List. Just Google it and it should be the first one and look for the game you have. Not every PS1 game will work when converting.

@silverdragon122 You put them in separate folders. When converting, make sure the the game save id are the same for all 4 discs so they can read the same memory folder. Don't matter if you make the game id the same because they share the same game save. It also really doesn't matter what you label the folders, but just don't label the eboot files.

@silverdragon122 The exact way you play the PS1 version, if you finish up the disc, play the next one. If the save doesn't show up, then you didn't assign the game save the same as the previous game has it.

Actually, I just found a program that makes multiple iso's into one eboot. It's called ImpalerPSX. I just might use this from now on if there are multiple discs involved.

first you can check whether it is already has cwf

by going to setting->system settings->system information then it should say system software version and if that is just a number then you have official firmware but if it is a number followed by letters like 5.50 m33-1 or 2 or 3 etc then you have custom firmware..

to get custom firmware there are many videos online but that require lots of work.

an easier way would be to go to one of those shops that do it . i got mine done at a pirated cd shop.
