However, it is only ever prescribed to end-stage cancer patients and the reports have consistently suggested that it's nowhere near as effective as the whole plant, which contains more than just THC. Also, smoking - or better yet, VAPORIZING, which is much safer for the lungs - allows the patient to set their own effective dose more accurately, with less chance of overdosing.
