Ahhh! I'm not the only one! I bite my cheek/tongue all the time. I dont think its genetic though or contagious?? haha I mean I think everyone bites their tongue every once in a while, but their cheek, I thought that I was only one with that problem. lol I only seem to do this when Im chewing gum & then CHOMP... there goes half my face. I dont scream though, I probably should, or punch something, because it does hurt. I do get embarassed tho cuz I think everyone saw me try to eat my own face. =/

when you bite your cheek, you will bite it again and again after that. i remembered in two days, i bit the same spot 4 times,. what a pain in the a-hole!!!!! the very last time i got so pissed off but i can't be mad at anyone since it's my own fault so i just slammed my hand on the table. and yeah, that hurts too. :(

actually i believe that when we have an unhealthy diet with lots of fried stuff, our cheek kinda swells a tiny little bit then its easier to bite that spot. And when you bite your cheek, it swells bigger and is way easier to bite it again XD

Biting oneself and then getting a canker in that spot sucks :( If you haven't already, try "Quantum Health: Canker Cover", they make me happy cos I can eat soup and drink tea while having a canker :D I ended up trying them because I bit the inside of my lip and kept irritating the spot, so the bloody thing wouldn't heal. >.<

When I was little my mom used to get mad at me when I translated the pain of biting my cheek to terrorscreams and told me to be silent and deal with it. Even today I don't dare to make any kind of noice when it happens. So you can see tears popping in my eyes and a slightly different munching pattern afterwards, but that's it. :P Perhaps I should learn to let it all out again.

Chubby cheeks can be inherited from your parents, but obviously not from an adopted parent, and of course having chubby cheeks will increase the chance you bite it, and also increase the chance i'll bite it, if i ever meet you while your hubby's not around ;-P And also, after u bit it once, it starts to swell up and then it is much easier to bite again till the swelling goes down, so u need to be extra careful after the first bite,
