That looked like a lot of fun! When I attended in the 80's we never did have one. Our closest was in February, 1983 when we got 2 feet... I believe on a Friday. (Feb. 6?) Anyway, in that storm... it started out slowly in the early morning, by 11am is was beginning to pick up, by 3pm I had a Calculus class cancelled and it was snowing quite hard... and then at dinner I heard someone say, at the height of the storm, we were receiving at the rate of 1/2 foot per hour! Got going to late. Oh well
