I have 100 sneak with sneak perks and I can literally shoot 10 arrows in the face of a gaurd before he responds.I can sneak in front of a bandit, 1 yard from his face, and sneak attack him for 30x damage. if he doesnt die, he still wont see me. He'll enter combat and 'search' for me by standing in front of me for 10 seconds and then forget.

@joosbawks Listen, You're both correct. Sneak is pretty broken at level 100, but this person is not sneaking. He has multiple mods on, including one that allows for no npc retaliation and unlimited ammo. I play the 360 version and, even with 100 sneak, a daedric bow, and 100 archery, the guards still retaliate when I shoot them in the knee, since the knee isn't a vital point and deals less than maximum damage, compared to the head, chest, or groin. Don't go calling people idiots. They're human.

@Elnxida no but I can literally do what this guy in the video is doing without sneaking. I can shoot them in the face, neck, and yes, the knee. They just stand there and say "Stop that!" but forget that they have an arrow piercing their brain.

Also, I can shoot the Jarl in the forehead up to three times before the guards decide to intervene. All the meanwhile saying "You make a move at the jarl and you're dead!" However if I punch a chicken, even once, i become Skyrims most wanted criminal.
