uh... no. he does have hood pokes with stand on, but his air movement is hard, and anything more than the usual 2A,2A,6B tandem setup also requires skill.

nothing cheap to it. joseph is low tier, alessi isn't really strong either.
the joseph player is "younger brother of joseph", a japanese player who is considered to be among the best. he played random select / joseph in this tournament.

If anyone decides to read the manga, highly recommended, *SPOILER* Vanilla Ice& Cream kill 2 of the stardust crusaders, Abdu & Iggy, and it was funny that he won.
