  • @JohnDorf

    Yeah! I hear yah man!

That is a great course and I use it too

and it works. I got that info from a friend

of mine who is so health conscious and

very dedicated to build lean abs. But

anyway, you got the name of the site

    mispelled. It should be:

    AmazingAbs.info

  • i usually just had tuna and mayo... this looks so much better. i need to try this.

  • That will be perfect w/ the cauliflower rice! yum!

  • Bro.....YOU'VE JUST BEEN SUBBED!

  • i just made this first time and it was beautifull

  • Awesome tuna cake patties! Can't wait to smash a few later today, Mahalo and Aloha!!

  • You should just use the white of the egg, the yolk is almost pure cholesterol

  • I love your videos man. I have gotten so bored with just plain chicken, rice, and vegetables. Keep it up!

  • thanks for the recipe.. this vid made me hungry

  • this recipe is IMBA for students ^^

    thanks mike.

For people like me who don't have cooking spray, you can use sesame seeds...

put some on the pan or roll the tuna in it . this way it'll become crunchy and delicious.

    P.S. This channel ROX

  • this tastes unreal, great recipe

  • this tastes unreal, great recipe

  • thanks for this recipe - it's really good

  • I am making this today! So glad to have a new way to eat this stuff apart from my usual tuna tacos.

  • looks yummy, and so simple to prepare....thanks again.

  • I can't find those prepared onions and peppers in the supermarkets...

  • add a little salt free seasoning ... basically covered them in it haha

  • it tastes amazing.. except I couldn't get mine to stick together ha, any tips?

I ended up with a plate of fried tuna with veg, tasted good though

  • @pkben you add eggs to make them stick. plus you need to really mixed them.

  • hey man how did you get the patties to hold together? mine keep falling apart...can't make them stick

  • what temperature you cook on for a gas cooker?

  • dam hes good at stirring

  • 1. tuna may be healthy but its the worst fish to eat, cause there is almost no tuna left in the seas

    2. what did you spray into the pan? i bet some ordinary oil is healthier than this and doesnt make the tuna stick either...

  • @Ihatemaxpigmentation its pam... aka conola oil and its actually zero cal compared to a vegitable oil. the only thing he's doing wrong with the pam is ur not supposed to spray it on teflon coated pans. and ur saying tuna is bad to eat cuz there arent a lot left? if they were that close to extinction wouldnt they go on the endangered species list as opposed to be sold so cheap in a grocery store? not trying to be a dick just trying to figure out where ur getting this info from.

  • so go ahead n..............................haha

  • your videos are done so well! i really appreciate the effort :) keep it up! flat tummy for the summer.. here i come =) hahah

  • I just tried that there and OMG, You should try this out guys its alot better than eating boring old tuna out of the can, I like a lil bit of mayo and salt and pepper with it,

  • Great idea & recipe. I love tuna and have been trying to find more healthy ways to enjoy it while losing weight. Thanks man!

  • I love this recipe! soooooo good! I Love Tuna!

  • i just made this recipe, absolutely gorgeous.

  • What do you use to get the tuna to bind together? Mine usually become watery and sticky but my mum added a tiny bit of flour to hold it all together with but I'm not sure if that flour made it less healthy.

  • I would eat this because it looks good, unfortunately with the high amounts of mercury allowed to be in tuna, I would rather not risk it...looks great though. :)

  • hey michael you should add some flax seed to this

  • SO GLAD THAT I FOUND YOU! FINALLY NORMAL MEAL! =DDDD

  • I never thought to ever make tuna burgers,, but know I'm gonna try this, thanks for the tip

  • Thank you so much Micheal for your great receipes and tips! I'm going to try this tuna burger this week =) Your motivation helps me everyday snd also when I do my workouts!

    Thanks Thanks again!!!

  • this is a bit random but do u eat brown bread at all?

  • @y484z4 by brown bread do you mean whole weat/grain etc?

  • i cant flip them without breaking :(

  • I love your recipes, they aren't bland, they're healthy and pretty filling if you add a veggie or something. I love this channel, for real...you are the truth when it comes to healthy eayting bro.

  • Taste great mon!

  • Holly crap ur like Scooby except with a better taste in food and also i notice that u only had 4k subs i think u deserve more, Thanks for this delicious meal :)

  • @DjJohnam Hahahah Scooby with a better taste in food, that's true xD

  • best is to eat it without coocking because when you coock it it becomes less healthy... but well eating it raw wouldn't be too nice i guess ;p

  • @rokareltje4 That's not true...if that was the case you could eat your chicken raw too

  • @leanbodylifestyle

well i'm not sure if it is so with tuna and chicken but i've heard that it does happen with other food... i believe it was spinash? 'but don't judge me i just read that somewhere

  • @rokareltje4 Yes, with vegetables that's the case. They lose alot of their nutritional value when you steam/cook them and I also read that our bodies aren't made to ingest cooked veggies and treat them as foreign, but I'm not sure if that part is true.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Canned tuna is precooked just like everything else that is canned.

  • @leanbodylifestyle Not all raw vegetables provide the best nutritional value. Some vegetables need to be cooked in order to release certain compounds which are not available when the vegetables are raw.

  • Comment removed

  • @leanbodylifestyle high temperature cooking can destroy vitamins, eating chicken raw is more nutritious but obviously that would be quite rank and will make you sick

  • @rokareltje4 Cooked meat is something that is healthier versus not cooked. Healthier not as in it's nutritional value but how we digest it and the healthier our digestion is the healthier the rest of our body is.

  • @rokareltje4

Actually canned tuna has arleady reached cooking temperature twice. Once when its cooked originally and the second time when its canned .

BTW I have been eating tuna and salmon cakes for years and years, its really low fat and high protien and tasty to boot.

  • you stir fast

  • @mrquintenboy hahahaha i agree

  • @marjcuteko :p

  • yah

  • This may be a stupid question but...What oats did you used? Like Quaker Oatmeal oats? Or some oats that have nothing to do with oatmeal?

  • this is fucking delicious!!!

  • how many cans of tuna did you use?

  • just made it, tasted great ! and its so easy. thanks !

  • I think I will try this out. Thanks again Michael :)

  • @leanbodylifestyle lol, i like the way it looks, where did u get it ?

  • Tuna is awesome.

  • @rotzbur what kind of highest level douchebag are you...??.

I add bananas to my protein shake, someone is realy stoling my recepie, i`m gonna sue those bastards:DDD

  • Comment removed

  • those look really good. I recommend a little mustard with that.

  • hey try adding some oats to the mix it will make crunchy and crispy

  • seems pretty nice, I buy those ingredients all the time, so gona try it out

  • i dont like crap cakes.

  • Can you please give us the amount of proteins, carbohydrates, fat and calories when you do a meal video?

  • A little bit of salt? You use a lot :p

  • how many cans of tuna is it safe to eat in a week?

    (to avoid mercury poisoning)

  • @CIarKent You'll be safe as long as they don't get you past the orbit of Venus, (almost) Superman! :)

  • @RoccoDaOne seriously how many cans is ok?

people say not to eat it more than 2-3 times a week?

  • @CIarKent They do and I agree, but not because of the mercury content. I think you'll find a diet with tuna 7 days a week really boring, so 2-3 maybe 4 times a week should be great. Still, there are so many other foods you can eat apart from tuna, there's plenty to choose from!

  • @RoccoDaOne

Yes, and variation in your meals is more healthy than eating standard meals.

  • @HollanderT12345 That's for sure. I never really understood how people could stick to diets consisting of the very same meals for a month or so. I guess that's why diets you go on are often ineffective. People get bored and start eating crappy food.

  • this is for my dinner later :)

my friend is it ok to eat egg yolk?

  • @rairaiken20

Eating the yolk is definitely not a bad thing, it's all broscience lol.

  • if i make them in advance how long can i store them in the fridge for?

  • You should put the seasoning in with the mixture before you cook them. Just a suggestion, might enhance the flavor.

  • i have that ingredients, i need it to try out, looks cool :D

  • Where do you buy tuna at? Is it usually in frozen section or in canned/middle aisles?

    Is it expensive?

  • @jgq85 No, it's actually really cheap...and it's in cans. Hope that helped.

  • @jgq85 This was great-I accidentally left out the egg, and was still yummy-cant wait to try it the "right way" LOL

Thank for the recipes. been fun to try when things get stagnant

  • im sure someone asked before ,but what is that bracelet ur wearing about ?

  • HOLY CRAB! lols

  • can i put it in a blender instead of mixing it with a fork ?

  • so if it is low in carb, are you gonna be hungry very soon after this meal?

  • @jusbry007 Protein and fat curb hunger. A high carb meal will do virtually the opposite, unless you eat a big salad with a lot of fibrous vegetables or something.

  • I'm assuming you used tuna in OIL, NOT water.

Otherwise the burgers would've fallen apart ... yes?

  • @karenbcz22 I actually used tuna in water, the egg and oats kind of hold it together!

  • These look awesome Michael! Thanks for these great videos!

  • you gotta thumbs up
