Nothing new- Greeks have been converting to Islam since the battle of Yarmuk in 638 AD. Balkans is full of converts to Islam from Ottoman times and some of these people reverted to Orthodoxy in recent times. Among Vlakh community are the Moaminhei- the believers. Most of them moved to Ekisehir Turkey after Lozano treaty. Balkan Islam is Bektesi and Molavi not like Sunni.
