Good find. Network 7 was a Channel 4 show. This interview was done during the Licensed to Ill tour. So, it was not as far back as '83. Probably summer of '87.The English media hated them. And the Daily Star even fabricated a story about them insulting disabled children. No wonder Adrock was so annoyed :O)

They'll never be a band or group this fun anymore. Or a band that makes GOOD music at all. Beastie Boys were the craziest band ever without trying to impress anyone, they were just being themselves. That lasted up until the end of the 80's though, later they became serious and still kicked it!
