Just to show what's possible ... I spend $170 a month. I found a farmers market (Denio's - CA) that's huge, and has some organic! and best prices in the State.

Just do a thorough search of your city. Most food at farmers markets are near organic, and often are healthier: Picked ripe!

@rurealiam I spend about 175 a month for myself but, i dont have doctor bills or medicine to buy either. The main things is you have to really bargain shop and be willing to try a lot of new things. Variety is the key if you wanna be a little cheaper.
