  • It would do better if you gave it treats, anyway... Cute!

  • U idiots she's helping it ok????

  • i wonder who the animal abusers are.. look at this video of a lady helping a kitten and over 500 people disliked!!?!?!?! now thats the abuse

  • Thats animal abuse

  • @jdbieberify are you fucking stupid? if you watch it half the time she is holding on to the kitten. then again judging by your username you are pretty damn stupid... shes HELPING the kitten...

  • @jdbieberify DUDE. didnt you read her description? I'm part of PETA and it is crazy wacks like you that scream animal abuse at EVERYTHING that give us a bad name. so can it.

  • @jdbieberify do not reproduce. ever.

  • @jdbieberify

do you not get it that it is PHYSICAL THERAPY for the animal?? Humans get the same thing for their injuries as well. Did you not even read the discription?

  • She is helping the cat. Don't you see her guide it in the tub? We need more people like this! Caring people that know what they are doing and take large amounts of time and responsibility to care for abandoned and sick pets!

  • some people should learn how to take proper care of cats and realize that she's actually helping the cat and NOT drowing it

  • it could die if its in water...it could drown and die...and it would be ur fault!!!

  • @EmoryTateLovesYou I'm pretty sure the person watching the cat would grab him/her before the damn cat drowns, fucking idiot

  • the kitty is like look at me i can swim and not drown what now TEHEEE

  • So cute, i hope it's all better now [:

  • So great to help him out with physical therapy.

  • People, SHE IS NOT ABUSING THE KITTEN! She's helping the little guy with Physical Therapy, READ THE DESCRIPTION! If youj do rate down, it's only because you guys are not reading the description. Please stop being cruel to this women. She is only trying to help him

  • omg i wanna pet him, hug him and give him lots of love, and to the women as well. bless your heart for helping this little fella :)

  • awwww thats so cute!!

  • dude the title says it WATER THERAPY! the cat is injured/deformed shes HELPING it you mongrels

  • What is with people thinking it's animal cruelty because the cat doesn't lie on the bed licking itself 24/7? It's hurt and she's helping it nurse its leg back to health, how can you not see that? Youz all blind?

  • STOP BEING SO FRICKEN MEAN WHAT THE HELL

  • @cjbstryker o.O

  • @cjbstryker Shes helping it retard, it's front paws are crooked so it needs help getting better.

  • I'm glad there are people out there with the dedication necessary to help animals like this. Kudos to you.

  • Wow, read the description!! She is not torturing her cat, he is doing physical therapy. Torturing the cat would be letting it live it's life with a physical problem that can be fixed by doing a simple treatment like swimming in a bathtub. wow, people are absolutely ridiculous.

  • Best bath toy ever

  • Awwwww! Poor baby, what happened that he needed PT? I'm glad to see that you've shown the dedication to help the poor lil' guy.

  • AWWW!!! I know it has been 3 years, but I do hope the therapy worked, poor little baby with his/her poor little paws :( Cutie kitty!!!

  • FOOLS! can you not see these women are helping the kitten! can you not see its deformed paws while swimming, they're helping it not torturing it!

  • you can clearly see that the cat's deformed (see front paws) it 's allso having difficulties with swimming straight(it bends to one side)

All you rednecks and peta wanna-be's need to get a life, because it's clear the woman in this video is SAVING the live of this poor little kitten by taking care of it.

  • sounds like u avin a orgasm

  • aaw good job on working with this little guy to help him heal. Hes a cutie pie!

  • Other PT included casting, bracing, suspended walking, resistance exercises, medication, massage, and alternative medicinal treatments.

ANIMAL ABUSE SCREAMERS did you miss that in the information. You can put a cat on no f-ing excersize machine to rebuild muscles. Swimming is a great way to rebuild muscles that wasted away from not being used. Would you rather the cat never work out it's muscles and never recover? Theropy is never fun be it animal or human.

  • Probably the least favorite part of his therapy. Poor little guy. Hope he's doing well now.

  • He looks like he's doing a great job. Has he gotten better?

  • good boooooooooooooooooooooooooooooy

  • @TheLOVEmillion Did you even READ the description OR the title? ... idiot ...

  • @knevel1987 no i cannot read and im blind too like you ^^

  • @TheLOVEmillion LOOL Then if you can't read how come your reading @Kenevl1987 's comment? If you can't read then how can you type? If you cant fucking read then your an idiot

  • @TheLOVEmillion pauvre con!

  • i like this cat

  • your not supposed to get water in their ears o.o

  • If a cat doesnt like water you would know...trust me. My girlfriend has the scars to prove it.

  • so whats wrong with it?

  • If you look closely, it seems like his right front leg is crooked. Water therapy is one of the best methods to help strengthen a limb that needs help due to the fact that the water makes the kitten lighter, therefore he can move his injured leg easier and make the muscles stronger without doing more damage. Kudos to the lady helping him. Most would either let him suffer or just not let him live at all. Now that is animal cruelty.

  • @Susanlucena you maam or sir are completely awesome

  • I'm personally not surprised at the negative feedback.

Why does this cat need physical therapy? How well does it walk on solid ground? How bad was its condition initially before receiving therapy, and has it gotten any better? When did it start receiving therapy?

Not answering any of these questions leaves me and some other viewers a bit perplexed because it pretty physically capable to me. Please provide some feedback, thanks =)

  • I don't think it's wrong intentions to give the cat physio, but it looks like the cat wants to run out of the tub.

  • are you guys retarded?? did you not read the title?? there is no abuse here at all!! water physio is needed for many reasons! instead your comments should read.... awsome and cute, glad to see you love your pet enough to work with him to keep him moving and healthy

  • i don't think you praise a cat to drown it.

  • if he wants to get out let him you idiot don't let be torture for him GOD!

  • @jewels24x0 she isn't torturing him, he wasn't trying to get out.

  • Respond to this video... and also. she was telling him to swim to her. he wasn't trying to get out.

  • pooorrr kitty your horrible!!!

  • @eecantlin STFU

  • @eecantlin ....What. Its swimming. How is it being tortured? :I

  • @eecantlin what is she doing that is so horrible? it's swimming and obv. likes the water, and some cats actually need physical therapy.

  • @eecantlin Horrible? The discription of the video says "Sticks, the kitten, in Physical Therapy.

Sticks is a rescued feline (kitten) on Maui, who needed major Physical Therapy, one treatment consisted of swimming! He is not totally healed and is still in our foster care program.

Other PT included casting, bracing, suspended walking, resistance exercises, medication, massage, and alternative medicinal treatments.

We have written many additional details within the general comments."

  • SO CUTE :DD

  • @Saturnliveson The video may age but trolls never do.

  • i think he wants out

  • OMFG .... ITS WATER.... CAT IN SERIOUS TROUBLE, MIGHT DIE! WE ALL KNOW HOW DANGEROUS WATER IS FFS!

  • I love how everyone is a medical expert, the kitten needs treatment. They were not drowning the little guy, and some owners or facilities do not have the funding to get the best equipment. This is just the same as humans, if we break both our legs and become chair or bed ridden for a few months, we are going to need therapy, its going to hurt. Go troll elsewhere, and if you want to see how inhumane animals can really be treated, go travel the world for a bit.

  • all you bush hippies that think this is abuse. cats in the wild can AND WILL swim across LAKES that are 100's of feet deep, so don't go complain about a BATHTUB. they are bred to survive through natural selection, i hate people who see's a cat in 1" of water and just flip out saying how its abuse and how the cat has to be babied back t health. retards >.>

  • wow a bunch of people should have been vets since they apparently think they know more that you guys.... get over it. Water is a wonderful tool for physical therapy it is perfect resistance and low impact.

  • the cat has something wrong with it ,e.g a broken limb, and physiotherapy helps it .The kitten obviously requires. It isn't animal abuse .

  • Comment removed

  • the kitten needs physical therapy, and water is one of the best ways to heal up a cat that needs pt. it's better then putting the cat to sleep! he/she isn't screaming, yowling, and crying, he/she gets freedom in the water, like humans do. next time you comment, make sure you use your brain.

  • @liv30rdie Have you ever had an something wrong with your leg? Water is the best way to gain strength, without putting strain on that part of the body. You should really look into things more before you name call. But I guess name calling shows your intelligence, or lack of it.

  • @liv30rdie the cats front legs are crooked. its doing physical therapy. it can't walk so its swimming

  • Look at his front legs at the end...='( hope he's doing okay

I wish my cat loved to swim >.>

  • For me this is abit evil, it's clear that the cat wants to get up, you see it trying to claw away once it gets picked up. I wonder what kind of a therapy which forces the cat to be in the water, if I ever tried that on my cats I would get clawed up more badly then when I had to forcewash one of them. Water+Cat= A dusin of scratches. Cat's arent ment to love water if it's not a sphynx and this isn't a sphynx

  • @Ulvejenta Cats will like water if they are raised with it. Look on here, there are tons of cat videos of cats just swimming around. This cat needs a way to work on using his legs without putting a ton of pressure on them. You can't even spell dozen. I think you need to look up a lot of things before posting about something you don't know much about.

  • @RawrXisaXPenguin Still, you can see at the cat that it doesn't enjoy water at all. If a cat claws at your arm when it's getting up it's clear it doesn't enjoy it. As for breeds who are required to being bathed(sphynx) is another story. You can't force an animal to do what you want, it's just inhuman. I know when I see something wrong, and this animal clearly doesn't like the water. I might not be a vet but I still know what so is right or wrong

  • @Ulvejenta So, your child doesn't like to take baths, are you going to let it run around without having one? I meant it's not like they will get an infection. Or better yet! Your child doesn't like water but the only way for it to get better would be for it to have this kind of therapy are you going to let your child suffer? Your child doesn't like shots, shots that can keep him from dying, are you going to let him go without? I don't think so.

  • i wish i knew what the poor thing needed therapy for! prob a broken limb because ur body weight is like 3 x lighter in the water...?

  • Look at his poor wittle legs at the end and you will see he is definitely in need of this. DX

  • SHUT THE FUCK UP THIS ISN'T TORTURE IT'S A FUCKING CAT SWIMMING YOU RETARDS, YOU WOULD HAVE HEARD IT AT LEAST PURRING IF IT WAS UNCOMFORTABLE AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN JUMPING ALL OVER THE PLACE IF IT DIDN'T WANT TO BE THERE...

  • @BreakDown1996 i know the people who say the cat is drowning and the cat is being abused r wrong but u dont have to call them retards or curse at them. it just starts a pointless argument. not to be mean or anything.

  • @BreakDown1996 purring dosen't indicate uncomfortablness...

  • @BreakDown1996 Cats purr when they are happy, not when they are in any type of distress. You really shouldn't call people names if you're going to have your facts wrong in the end.

  • Dude these faggots crying about the cat being abused need to shut the fuck up. He's not screaming bloody murder nor is the cat being drowned.

  • @Sushio3o Thank you for that comment! I totally agree!

  • @Sushio3o Can you show me a video of a newborn kitten scream bloody murder plox?

  • @Sushio3o Enough with the "faggot" term, that's just not cool, dude.

  • @Sushio3o should have said that without the word faggot

  • This isn't therapy this is just horrble, therapy would be to put the cat in water to the depth of around its neck to witch it can still touch the ground.

  • @woolsheep7 and thus removing over 80% of its weight? physical therapy is meant so this cat can heal, not become fat. it needs to swim, not water jog.

  • @woolsheep7 If it was touching the ground it would defeat the purpose....

  • @RawrXisaXPenguin No it wouldn't being in water just able to touch does reduce the weight on the kitten majorly witch in turn does help its recovery. If your bath has a slight slant then fill it up enough so that one end is just over the kittens head and the other is towards the middle of its torso then let the kitten adapt to the water by itself, then gradually it will be happier and happier rather than chucking it in the deep end and scarring it for life.

  • @RawrXisaXPenguin NO.. it wouldn't that's what you don't understand. Old people and injured people use swimming pools for fitness and recovery because when they are in the water they reduce the weight on the injured limb/limbs rather than their normal weight on the ground. Its still reducing the weight on the limb just not completely but they marjorly notice the differenced

  • Okay I just want to know why people would think this is fake... Why would someone post a video of a cat and '' attempt'' to drown it and post it on YouTube saying it was for physical therapy? Like really use ur heads. This kitten need therapy . Dumbasses

  • @exotically you need a therapy crazy bitch, dont do that to animals

  • I find it hilarious that the little thing kept kicking its legs even when lifted out of the water. XDD

  • Swimming puts less strain on the joints. It's not like he's being left to drown, they are helping him out and heaping him with praise. I remember watching a program about a poor family with a partially paralysed dog. They couldn't afford to take him to a PT place all the time so they were showed how they could do it in their home tub. How is this different?

  • :/ Physcal Therapy or not...i won´t be able seeing my cats doing this x.x

  • you guys stop saying this is crul read the description

  • This is just cruel tbh.

  • @HinaJapanFreak WOULD u rathr force the cat 2 b injurd or rmain particaly partized 4 its life unable 2 walk around or even move properly OR suck it up & help it regain moblty throu swimming a few tims a day so it can run around & be happy lik a norm kitten? It's not 4 bloody fun! Thes animals r bn medicaly treatd just as humans r. Do u have a problem if a lil kid could only regain moblty from a serious injury throu phs thp. n swim'n? I didn't think so. its sam thing, just dif species

  • @greafleafninjasrulz Look at the way it's moving it's legs. It doesn't look remotely like physical therapy to me, it looks like the cat is being made to swim about in a bath tub which is too deep for it. Physical therapy? IN A BATH TUB? Yeah sure. Cats in physical therapy are given harnesses to hold them up, my friend's cat Tiger went through something similar after a road accident. He had a harness when he was made to swim. He wasn't made to swim alone ever.

  • doesnt look like a pro therepy place 2 me, looks like a bath tub

  • @mizshoppah It doesn't need to be. Just like when humans see physical therapists, they give stuff to do at home

  • @mizshoppah...I was hurt in a car wreck and my PT included two milk jugs of first water and later sand to use at home and I went to a "pro therepy place" they had me use that because it wassomething I could controll the weight of, a five pound weight is five pounds but a jug could be made lighter and added to till it was full.....and they use this type of pt on horses, dogs, cows, ect and its not uncommen to use a tub for something as small as a kitten because it can be drained quick if need be

  • @Rainewolf1313 i have to be honest with you, i only understood half of that, but k

  • THIS TITLE IS A FALSE

  • @mrglemrgle10 Your face is a false ^^

  • poor kitty...

  • Comment removed

  • soory

  • Comment removed

  • i hate you people leave him the FUCK along..... poor thing

  • @SuperPokemonman101 It's physical therapy. It strengthens the cats legs (after being injured) without putting pressure on them so it he/she doesn't get injured!

  • kitten: FUCK YOU GUYS!

  • Aww! Poor thing... I hope he healed fast! Water is a great form of physical therapy.

  • Ian american and British and I am not a retard just cause your a certain race or from a certain country does not mean your like the other people there. I can clearly see that this kitten doesn't enjoy the water but it's something it needs to get better. Judging is very useless without the wits to realize people are people not groups who all think the same thank you

  • Haha

  • awe what happened to him to need therapy?

  • @TheCorbyn01 They arent torturing it, its physical therapy. Did you even bother reading the description before saying something stupid? The cat is taking therapy to gain strength in his legs. Either way its not torturing it. Its not like theyy are letting it drown

  • @TheCorbyn01 U SIR ARE A FUCKTARD!

  • @TheCorbyn01 fucking retard their not torturing the cat read the description you illiterate cunt.

  • @TheCorbyn01 its making it better in the long run

  • poor kitten

  • my kitten loves to swim in the bath. she hopped into the tub when i had ran a bath for myself. now when i run a bath she always wants to jump in.

  • People are such idiots sometimes. If you were as protective with people as you are with random cats on the internet, the world would be a better place. This video has like 50% dislikes even though the cat is going trough physical therapy and it's so it will get better. Hypocrites.

  • aww thats so nice of u to be so dedicated to animals :)

  • lol, nice vid

  • There is an entire cell of people on youtube who think that most cat videos display a form of animal abuse. These are people that I hope never own pets, because in general they're too hypersensitive to be any good to themselves much less a live animal.

  • its drowning. rip

  • GUYS their not being mean to the little kitty anyway U NEED TO LEARN WHAT PHYSICAL THERAPY IS!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • good boy

  • I think it's ridiculous the amount of people who do not understand this method of physical therapy. One of my cats kittens had deformed back legs and could barely walk, she sat and walked like a frog so we did exercises for her including getting her to swim.

Most cats do not like water, No kitten hates water because they don't know what it is, if you introduce water to a kitten at a young age they will never mind it.

I hope your kitten is doing very well!

  • if the kitten has a problom were he needs physical therapy state it`s condition in the begining of the video

  • @ambermcduffe well obviously your noo vet since the cat is better -___-

  • @xxuassfuckerxx really? because i actually am!

  • @ambermcduffe alright well then you should kno tht a lot of cats actually like water -__-

  • @ambermcduffe You make me ashamed to be Canadian, because it means we have something in common. Please don't claim things which you are not. I seriously doubt that you are not a vet, since you think that swimming in a bathtub, with filtered clean water, will give him an ear infection. And obviously the cat isn't drowning. Also, if the owner was abusive, he wouldn't be swimming towards the owner, he'd be swimming to the opposite end, right?

  • @ambermcduffe Your kind of an idiot. You don't need to worry about the cotton in the ears. I have a cat that loves to swim has never had a ear infection. it is like say that you should put cotton in everyone's ears when they swim. And this is physical therapy because it might be to painful for the cat to walk properly, so, swimming will put the lightest amount of stress on his body, yet helping him heal and get stronger. Even a 7 year old should understand, you don't have to be some genius.

  • @danelle4317 no your the idiot, anyone who thinks like you should not be allowed to own an animal

  • @ambermcduffe I own two and mine are both very healthy unlike your probably :)

  • @ambermcduffe No... i am a great owner, and your really an ass. My dad is a small animal vet, my aunt is a large animal vet. and i have 6 vets in my family right now. And i think you just speak before you know the answer. It's ok you can admit that your wrong. It happens at times... and sorry i wasn't trying to be completely mean but when people speak before they know the answer, it just pisses me off. But go and as multiple licensed vets and you will get your answer. Good Day.

  • @ambermcduffe You need to stop posting comments when you have no idea what you are talking about, seriosuly, it will do you good in the long run. If you want to play safe, don't post comments at all. At least then you can't do anything wrong.

  • @seriall1337 really youtube threats? haha oh boy im scared of someone hiding behind a keyboard, maybe you all should stop posting stupid comments supporting this idiot. I have reported the video to PETA as well as youtube so we will see how many of you idiots retract your statements and I will post as much as I want to buh bye :)

  • @ambermcduffe A threat? I knew you had to be an american, everything is a threat to you. And btw, you still have no idea what you are talking about. This method of therapy is used by doctors all the time on animals. This animal has clearly been hurt since it needs therapy, and then it has to do something it might not like, like with humans. As stated in another post in this video, that's life, its not different for animals just because they're cute.

  • @seriall1337 American? haha I would rather be dead then be a retarded American, I'm canadian dumbass :)

  • @ambermcduffe OMG... Seriously, What will PETA do? Is it now illegal to give animals medical treatment? Should we let animals dwell in pain?

PETA stands for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals, Isn't medical care 'Ethical'?

I am really starting to worry about all the mental cases and uneducated people on Youtube...

  • @TheresaNicoleSvehla pull your head out of your ass, this isnt medical treatment, this is some idiot with a camera saying its medical treatment when its clearly not they are practically drowning the poor thing, it is soaked completely and if they knew anything about medical treatment proper techniques would have been used.

  • @ambermcduffe You are a complete idiot and unaware of animal therapy techniques . When my dog broke her leg when an asshole kicked her just cuz she was barking at him we used swim therapy and we did the same with my cat when she got hit by a car . Lost her tail and swim therapy helped her tailwound close and her legs to come back to full strengh . Oh and something more there are actually cats who enjoy water .

  • @1TNT47 Can you give me more info on this. My cat fell out of a tree 6 weeks ago and is still dragging his back legs around. We had an MRI and there is no spinal damage just bruising. Is there something i can do to hasten the process as he is having problems in the cat box because he doesn't stand or walk. What kind of water therapy? i know my cat does not like water and he is a young 11.

  • @pjaymi if your cat hates water the you should better aks a vet cuz if he/she hates water and you put him in water can get in its ears and you are going to have more problems :( so better consult a vet

  • @ambermcduffe Have you ever been around animal medical treatment? I have. The cat is not drowing. If he was drowning, he would be coughing and snorting. And fighting them. He's fine.

  • @TheresaNicoleSvehla Seeing as I am a CERTIFIED VETERINARY TECH unlike all of you idiots yes I have and I unlike you know what I am talking about so before you make yourself look even more retarded I suggest you just stop.

  • @ambermcduffe You can't even type properly....

  • @ambermcduffe I work with PETA and even I know that is not abuse. You might want to consider removing your head from your rear end.

  • @ambermcduffe its fine as long as you get there ears really dry

  • if u think its nuts tht a cat likes water ur rong cats can love water

  • @bmxman2011 You are clearly just commenting for attention.

  • @bmxman2011 No body agrees, because you're fucking dumbass. Cat's natural hates water yes, but it doesn't know in this case it's in water for it's own good, it's physical therapy for it's muscle and joints, I honestly a human being like yourself with human intelligence to realize that, but you're dumber than a mother fucker.

  • @jozeaphe missing few words, the ignorance in the comment that I have replied to got me really hot, god i hate dumb people.

  • Its trying to put the fire out on his body

  • I dont really think that kitten liked being in the water much :\

  • @kkrose1745 It didnt but it was for physhical therapy :)
