well gee asshole, with all the German dialog in the game, I wouldn't put it past them to have the music not be English too, and I heard elsewhere that it was in dutch. Also, like maybe one or two parts of the vocal bit is english, for example the first sentence, THE REST IS NOT!

I've heard this short bit in at least 2 other games and it's pretty fucking clearly english there too. Look up the battle theme for Ar Tonelico and shit some bricks. The entire motherfucking thing is english.
