Depends. The Sky Deck is fully enclosed so even those afraid of heights typically have no problems. But if you are afraid of "elevation" then you probably won't want to go up.

it is the tallest building in the word the austraillians think they are with the petronas towers but they counted the antennas but the sears tower didn't proving that the sears tower is the talles building in the world

The Petronas Towers are in Malaysia. The Spires on the Petronas are higher than the Roof of the 110th floor of the sears. The height when the building was constructed doesn't take into account the 283 ft TV Antennae (added in 1983, 9 years after it opened) Sears still holds Tallest overall building (including Antennae) until either Burj Dubai, Freedom Tower, or Chicago Spire are finished.
