NO ONE can claim the history, heritage, or home court advantage that Kansas has, so just stop trying to compare and have dreams of passing up KU in the men's basketball department. That ship sailed 100 years ago, and is never coming back again. Just be happy you have a nice home field advantage in football as long as Coach Snyder is there.

Look I am not from kansas, and I don't like either of these schools but from a national prospective, Allen Fieldhouse is as good as it gets. I mean no disrespect to KSU. This video is pretty awesome and I'm sure it's a tough place to play but Allen Fieldhouse is the Fenway of college basketball.

i went to ksu my frosh year and transferred to indiana my soph year (i changed my major and ksu did not have it) i grew up just outside of lawrence and have attended bball games in the student sections of all 3 arenas. indiana only designates 10 rows on either side behind the backboard for students and ksu puts all of their students together so it seems larger. ku honestly has the largest student section. (my name is the way it is bc my dad went to ku and he was born 12/3/50

Damn, damn damn that's cool. Florida's is alright but our section only has about 1,000 down low (1500 in the sky) and has terrible sightlines in the corners. Plus the camera's are pointed at the alums which I find retarded. With the exception of a couple crazy bastards, it's about as interesting as watching old people act like.....old people.

Really? You guys had a great turnout at the UNLV game earlier this season. It was probably 60 percent Rebel fans and 40 percent KSU. Granted, it was in the small Orleans arena at the time, but impressive regardless. I guess you guys just love Lon ;)

We don't have to tell you we have a better student section, it was already decided when we were voted the rowdiest arena in the nation. My friends that have been to Gallagher-Iba and Phog Allen Fieldhouse said Gallagher-Iba is louder than there.  The traditions at the Phog are better but it's not as loud.

We don't find our student section on here because stuff like this is normal in Gallagher-Iba whereas in Bramlage, until recently anyway, you couldn't find anything near like that. Oh, and I'm not going to defend what Boggan did, I don't like Boggan, he was a selfish player who didn't want to work hard and was the reason our season fell apart and we lost in the NIT. And don't try to talk crap to me about K-State, I've been a K-State fan my whole life but I now go to OSU.
