@DarthJones55 They marked "Haggar" as Low Tier. When I see Tier Lists, it really doesn't matter to me but the Tier is by how you see it on Online & on Tourneys.

If it's a Casual Match when I play with someone on Friends Online, I can keep winning as Haggar though I did lose few times, (also depends on Player).

Haggar is strong but big to be Combo'ed too as well. It's the same for other Fighters, but different.

@akshaywadekar Deadpool's assist causes what's called a "forced ground bounce" this means that even if they've already been bounced it will still do a ground bounce. To make this happen the assist first resets the ground bounce counter when the assist hits, so if you can catch them after the assist hits and before they touch the ground then the ground bounce limit is reset.
