@l337fox118 If you have GTA IV, Go to your Documents folder, then GTA IV, Videos, and rendered. If you have episodes from liberty city, Go to your Documents folder, TBOGT, Videos, and Rendered.

Then, find the .wmv file (the only one you can play :P) you want to edit/upload. Your welcome :)

Hey i love your GTA vids, it has inspired me to make an epic one (well at least try, :p) So cause in only recently got GTA i decided to make a short film for practice with the video editor. Um, recording is whenever you play in GTA 4 and for settings and resolution I can't be specific but all I can say it's on high with the other settings at like near 20.

The video editor isn't useless at all. It makes a machinima maker's life so much easier. It is easy to use but it makes your videos look like a true Hollywood masterpiece. All you do is edit clips you've made by putting cool camera angles, put them all together, add some music, render it, find it in your GTA IV directory, and upload it to Youtube. It's like Halo 3's theater mode but 4 notches higher.

Its amazing because it's easy but you can still make your videos look really nice. That's why its amazing. If you don't make any machinima, then yeah, you wouldn't be so amazed about it.

Well, I have many secrets to how I use the video creator in terms of quality. This was all on highest I believe. My specs are Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 6000+ (2 CPUs), ~3.0GHz. Memory: 2046MB RAM. DirectX 10. Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT. I suck at system specs crap so I hope that's all I need to say lol
