I hope I don't offend, but to anyone interested, Jesus warned there is evil in this world posing as an 'angel of light'. leading people into false teachings. It's one of the main teachings that he applied to all ages, that we should be on the watch. The path to salvation is narrow and it starts with true heartfelt repentance and then turning around and doing what is right. No amount of sound frequencies and mantras can bring freedom and salvation, but can make us spirituality vulnerable.

I have recentlybecome interested in meditation because high do a stressful high pressure job, which requires lot of concentration andlong hours (head chef of a busy restaurant). amazin in my opinion, the trick is to sit so ur neck actually leans on ur body rather then usin its muscles, keep ur bak as straight as u can without stressin it, relax with ur legs fikded and u will be very very sleepysome in 5 min n feel urself in a flying mode

My third eye chakra is blocked for some reason, i'cant open it and it cause me headache sometimes when i try(not every time) Still, i have no problems with my lower chakras, am i doing something wrong? I can really feel the energy on my third eye chakra but for some reason i can't open it. O.o

@omageehum If your lower 3 are blocked you will be ungrounded, untrusting, greedy, self-absorbed, insecure, fearful etc. Sexual dysfunction is also a lower chakra issue. It is absolutely appropriate to work on opening and healing ALL chakras, each chakra's vibration is necessary. There is no "danger" in lower chakra work!! The goal is acceptance and harmony of each of the energies not over-development of the ones you "think" are "better". Love and light. Namaste.

No, it's always best to ground yourself first and then work through all the chakras, clearing and balancing them for best results. Any inbalance in one of chakras usually results in the others going off balance. You can always work on 3rd eye after you've balanced all others. Actually we're all supposed to ground and clear all chakras on daily basis and then you can work on any one you feel you need or like to. Hope this helps.
