She does uses paint tool sai, and one that program, there's a tool called binary. The tool gives a pixel look just like MS paint. We don't know if she used sai, photoshop, MS paint, or even all of them. Overall, Akiakane is a great illustrator , and will always remain one.

@chocolatelover471 I actually looked up the meaning. in the video. miku's expectations are set to high (living in a dream) and because their set so high she continues to fail to reach her expectations causing her lots of stress. (Failed again) As the stress becomes harder to cope with she starts beating herself up mentally, and falls into depression, but she continues to live on (Rolling) before long she stops caring and decides to commit suicide. The guy stops her "Barely"
