  • you are inspiring even though i dont really know how pole dancing like this works. i wish you luck with your dancing and i hope you can ease the symptoms of your disease. got my support.

  • where do you get the pole from.?

  • Fuck your body is gorgeous.

  • Amazing choice of song.

  • can i say you look amazing-angelic-free spirited .keep it up.

  • i have ehlers danlos hyper mobility; have you looked into this disease?

  • i have ehlers danlos hyper mobility; have you looked into this disease?

  • I like watching you, its beautiful!

  • pps: i always wanted to do that thing in the circusolay(??) where they're on the ribon thng i think it's really cool (:

  • this actually looks kinda fun as weird as that may sound i mean i wouldn't be a pole dancer i just want to learn how to spin around lol i'd be too scared to go upside down though and that i would passout or something, were you ever scared of that? haha

  • i love this song <3

    congrats (:

  • I can barely stand without getting dizzy or passing out. I used to be a gymnast, 2 levels away from olympics, and i'm heartbroken that I can't do things such as that anymore. You're lucky you can move like that with pots. You look beautiful out there:)

  • You have a disease that seriously impairs your well-being and levels of energy - yet on the other hand you pole dance which requires more energy than most people have...

Even the energy to go upside down - carrying your body weight???

This doesn't make sense at all.

    Explain?

  • @truthwillsetyoufree I pole dance for 10 minutes at a time, and am in bed for at least 2 hours after a session. exercise is something that can improve POTS symptoms drastically, so i found an exercise i was actually interested in, and made it work. does it make me feel worse immediately after? yes. but long term it improves my symptoms which makes it worth it.

  • @truthwillsetyoufree oops didn't mean to hit the up button ): i meant to put up on video

  • @truthwillsetyoufree I have pots and I do P90x. Never underestimate the will power of a person that loves what they do. or in the case the power inside of them that want POTS to go away so badly they will do anything. trust me on that

  • I'm so glad you are able to do this again-good for you! Did you used to be a dancer? You move so beautifully, so graceful.

  • @lauranne2585 when i was younger i did ballet and jazz :) thanks girl!

  • how do you move your body upside down and back up so quickly without your POTS symptoms?! i'm so jealous. i would pass out within about a minute haha. but it's inspiring all the same, hopefully i'll get to the point where i can move like this. :)

  • You uploaded this on my birthday lol. So I have this uncanny ability of being the epitome of Murphy's Law. A week before I was to have a Cardiac Ablation I randomly got Spontaneous Pneumomediastinum which completely baffled the doctors. A week later I have the cardiac ablation done for what they think is SVT, which ultimately turned into a pointless surgery. A few thousand dollars later and many a test, low and behold I have POTS. Kudos on the videos you posted about it. Hope to hear from you!

  • Wow, look at you! You're awesome! Congrats, my love!

    -Sarah

  • Wow, you are really good!!!!

    Stacey

    xoxox

  • this amazes me lol!!!

  • Congrats on being able to do this again, Shannon!

  • @ChanShelly thansk girl xxo

  • this is really awesome!! :) i'd get such a headrush going upside down!!! but you're super talented! :D

  • @homeintheclouds haha i thought i would too but it doesn't bother me :P and thanks :)

  • Nice moves! Glad you're back at it. I'd fall and rebreak my neck if I gave any of that fancy upside down stuff a try, lol.

    -Dave

  • @TheManlyPotsies hahah i have fallen off once...thankfully other than a bump on my head i was fine..

  • You make me want to do pole dancing too! Looks like a lot of fun, but looks like it could be a good stress reliever too!

  • @klsumpter it definitely is. you should try it out!

  • welcome back!! great job for being off the pole for 6months! xx

  • @fyers89 thanks girl!!

  • So Shan..does this mean that you're feeling better? YEAH!

  • @silentheaven i am :D

  • 'Bout time you got back to it!! Congrats! You're going to be sooo sore! :-) How do you not end up with bruises all over your legs!? Besides being dizzier than a drunk on a tilt-a-whirl afterwards I can't imagine my legs would survive supporting my weight that way!

  • @Scootchinman oh my gosh...i AM so sore today. hahaha. but it's worth it!
