You are so right completely. A good friend of my uncle was in a van and while they were on a high way they started misbehaving and while they were driving a way from the cop they hit a big rock and the van flipped over leaving two alive including my uncle's friend.
i completely understand how serious this is, because i lost my aunt in a car accident, and i do regularly get pissed at people who don't take this seriously. (and happy halloween!)
