why an ORB? I mean it's Bombing Run where you pick up the BOMBING BALL?

I think you need to import a mesh for the orb launcher.

I think you should make it like the original map, where there were beams right below the goal.

In UT2003, they just added ragdoll physics for the first time, and I think it was a great result, watching the player who threw the orb now falling on the beams and making knacking sounds, making you think a bit that you should have launched the orb the other way.
