No, they aren't related. The two kittens are from the same litter though. The gray one is a boy and the tan one is a girl. The big cat is a boy, and he favors the girl kitten.
cats are very social, they act like little lions, one mom can take care of other female kittens. Also a mom can give birth kittens of different dads, that's why on the street 2 brothers may look very different ^^
