@WokFoodEntertainment It would be awesome you are right. But in fact it's very hard to do because of many reasons. Commentators are often totally out! They often dont even notice that history is being developped in front of their eyes. Also many shots I use are slow motions or replays and that also dont help to keep the sound. But that said, more and more I do try to keep the sound when it fits.

from 4:39 onwards this just shows zidanes control and mastery of a football match and also why he is the best footballer. to be able to shine brighter than the other stars at madrid is a human feat in itself. I think of him as a supervisor or a quality checker, everything has to come thru him. he is the heart of the team.

Interresting comment however you see it like there was only RM arround. Juve was a big club and was on of the 5 top club year after year with Zidane. They too needed him. Also I say Zidane was always beter year after year. He was not as quick but he was wizer and wizer I believe. I even want to believe he is today even beter than when he retired ; ) Watch some of his latest charity game you will see he did not loose the way that was making him so special.

i never understood why madrid bought him so late (2001). his best yrs were from 97 till 2003, he still was the best player after that but compared to his own level that was his prime. what idiots, they are the club with the most money and when arguably the nr 2 player of all time was available they stepped in late. he showed his class by winning them a champions league in the the same yr but it could have been even more.

At madrid he was older, less pace and agility so he adapted, he used his technique more effectively and became a better team player.
zidane was a playmaker, of course he had players who ran for him. that doesn't mean he didn't do his share of runs; figo had at least 6 assists on zidane goals. and saying figo and raul (who are legends in their own right) are more technical is silly. zidane's best quality was his technical play and field vision

zidane was a playmaker, of course he had players who ran for him. that doesn't mean he didn't do his share of runs; figo had at least 6 assists on zidane goals. and saying figo and raul (who are legends in their own right) are more technical is silly. zidane's best quality was his technical play and field vision

@antoniokrijan The money they paid for Cristiano was a bargain (94M) considering the amount of goals hes scored. His ratio is quite incredible but in all honesty Zidane is THE ultimate footballer and no one tops him in terms of class & talent. I'll take Zidane over any footballer anyday.

All true. They nevr replaced Hierro and where is Samuels now? Like management was thinking hell with defense we will only play forward? They were not balanced and played very well balanced teams! it was sad to watch sometimes... But sometimes the magic was there!
