@GhostZombie007 If you're a first person shooter type of gamer, I would recommend buying kontrol freeks. I have used them for the past 3 months and I love them. They are only like 10 bucks and you don't have to take apart the controller.

Just replaced the standard A,B,X,Y & Xbox guide buttons to a chrome gold replacements as well as fitting new analog sticks and removed the vibrate/rumble motors to lighten the controller. video was a help as couldn't find the center screw as was hidden under a sticker lol

this kids a moron, he seems like he has never opened one of these before, you life from the bottom of the controller with the thumb sticks facing down and then after the batter springs are off you tilt and lift the shell from the triggers, not start on the top and push the triggers down, not only did he do that he had the controller facing up which let all the buttons fall out, next time practice some and take my advice so you look like you know what you're doing

@RorYEA1 Well if your replacing analog sticks, you don't need to remove the d-pad. I can make a video taking apart the whole controller, but probably not today I got some work to take care of. For removing the d-pad, you need a small phillips head screw driver.
