I know Shane is a choreographer, and he may know all the technical terms but he doesnt judge dancing, he judges how entertained he was and how the dancers performed as entertainers not dancers.

JC judges the dancing, dont be surprised he knows how to dance, he was in a boy band that was known for their choreography, and hes been dancing since his Mickey Mouse Club days.
