Haggar is probably my favorite in MvC3, but eh, most the Capcom roster isn't suited for a fighting game. IMO, they should have focused more on their underrated fighting game franchises (Star Gladiator, Rival Schools, Power Stone, Cyberbots etc) and put more characters from those in MvC3.

And yes, sadly MvC2 is kinda the ultimate game for tier whores. But if you play someone who knows that characters besides those 3 exist, it can be very fun.
