Airblast doesn't make reflected projectiles crit, only minicrit, and it doesn't make stickies minicrit(you still retain control over them, so if you blow yourself up with a reflected stickybomb it's your own fault), the stickylauncher fires faster than a pyro can airblast anyway so just spam away. Besides, you have 8 stickies loaded, if a pyro airblats eight times he'll only have 40 ammo left for his flamer whilst a backburner pyro would be out of flamer ammo after four airblasts.
