I had been craving these bad since my mom left for Brasil so I figured I'd learn how to makem myself & searched for this recipe. It turned out great! Of course, she has the magic touch I cant compare to but it was almost as good. Thanks for your help.

i had no idea tht kibbee is served in bunch of resturants in Brazil. kind of like hamburgers are served in the States. yes kebi is lebanese and there is over 3 million lebanese immigrants in brazil that still attached to thier home country. kibbe is the best seriously its addicting
