Timothy Geithner seems to me to be an elitist democrat, in the same general camp as Obama and Krugman, supporting large government interference in the economy (i.e. using guns to regulate production).

In taking his point of view forward in a public format, I think it would be interesting to put him in a debate setting with a Libertarian or Objectivist, who generally support more of a separation between state and economy and see what comes out of it (besides potentially a fist fight).
