Farley said it himself, marijuana should NOT be in Schedule 1. He also says that what schedule Marijuana is in doesn't determine whether or not it's legal.

Schedule one is the most refined derivative. This is concentrated to the max. Organic Cannabis Sativa or Indica are fabulous picked from the tree of life and placed in a vaporizer at 270 degrees to dry it. Then it packs a beautiful combination of liberty. I will fight for the legalization of all plants. I will never lift a finger to help condensed corn: beef, chicken, pork or cocaine and heroin. I am in full support that a person is lawful to grow plants to be consumed but not processed.
