  • Does it get cook when you add the boiling hot water? I'm not Khmer but would really like to try making this. I'm a bit afraid to eat it raw. Thanks.

  • @nrhiavkojxwb Hi - Yes, the hot water will cook the pha hok. If you're still a little skiddish at preparing the pha hok by that method you can cook the raw pha hok in foil and bake it for about 10-15 minutes. I hope that helps and thanks so much for watching my tutorial! Have a wonderful week!
