The software is Adobe Primiere Elements Video Editing Software.

I used to use Windows Movie Maker, but Adobe is so much more versitile and easier to plunk clips in where you want them, cut one frame at a time, adjust extra audio tracks etc. It takes some time to learn it because of the number of options.

Still the best on the market I think.

Oh, I didn't use it in this video, but in a couple of my other ones, King of Kings, Heal The World and Crackerbox Palace, I used overlays. Which are easy to do in Adobe and at least difficult or impossible in Movie Maker. So it's got a great deal of potential at the video creator's disposal.
