Interview advice.

When the company you are talking to asked if they can do a background check before an offer is made say yes, but only if you can go to the accounting office and do a background check on their financials.

Also keep in mind that you must under any circumstances do a background check on your potential boss to make sure he/she is not wearing their ass for a hat.
