  • ten łancuch chyba sie ostrzy dłuzej niz te drzewo sie pali haha

  • Its a shame to see that big tree get cut for fire wood. Something that nice should have been made into boards. But she will provide some great heat!

  • i believe that the ms880 is the biggest saw stihl make now, i think the 090 was nearly equivalent. but personally i prefer the husky 3120xp to the stihl range. alot more responsive, 0.2kw less power and a bit cheaper. but each to their own

  • thats the most powerfull chainsaw in the world

  • what a way to spend the day. Sun is shining... you got a gurt chainsaw and massive oak tree to log up....LOVELY :)

  • Stihl = Over priced junk

  • @Bamazrollin you don't know what you are talking about I have been using Stihl chainsaws for over 10 years myself. My father is a timber cutter and all they use is Stihl. you're probably not even qualified to talk about chainsaws much less use one.

  • @beargibson3100 Dude, I just recently cleared out out 3 1/2 acres of land to build a home on with an old hand me down 14inch husqvarna because I couldn't afford a high priced "STIHL" and that little old thing never gave me any problems whats so ever. I was cutting down trees 2 1/2 ft diameter with it. So don't tell me about "qualification" old timer!

  • @Bamazrollin So what you can cut wood with any saw.But a Stihl is a better quality saw.

  • Вот это пила!

  • DEFINATELY BLUNT... the engine is screaming far too much on green /non seasoned wood. my DOLMAR 153 100CC PROPERLY SHARP cuts faster than you could imagine. correctly sharpen with proper electric grinder at correct angle and set depth gauges correctly and you'll see A HUGE DIFFERENCE

  • @JOJOBANANAZ1 someone saying that "correctly sharpen with proper ELECTRIC GRINDER" should change job!

My 084 cuts better than this, but i sharpen every time manually, that's the CORRECT SHARPENING!

  • @GabriSantin92 WRONG -- your file is not accurate neither is your hand and every tooth will be slightly different. also the file will wear. ELECTRIC OREGON /PROGRESS GRINDER can be set to EXACT ANGLES so that EVERY tooth is exactly the same. you can also sharpen a blunt chain about20 times with a machine but a file will mearly bodge the job. MY SAWS CUT NOTHING LIKE YOUR BLUNT SAW.

  • @JOJOBANANAZ1 yeah, for sure! I don't know why everyone around here come to my shop to sharpen their chains, manually. electric grinders will cook every tooth, if it isn't water cooled (as the original tooth sharpening).

With manual sharpening maybe you'll not get all the tooth the same, but the sharpening quality is the best. guaranteed! And mine cuts straight and fast.

I tried stihl grinder and also another professional grinder. The file was much better!

  • @GabriSantin92 i understand what your saying. i stopped taking chains to the DOLMAR DEALER as he was burning the teeth/softening the metal. that's why i bought a progress grinder. i NEVER BURN THE TEETH as i do it lightly and they all end up sharp and not burnt.

  • @GabriSantin92 I usually use the grinder gently to bring the teeth back to even size during the maintenence. In the field I sharpen with a file. It does give better sharpness. I also use the grinder for the ripping chains

  • @mojudaro I always use a file to sharpen the teeth, and they always end with the same lenght! So.. i don't think a grinder is as useful as someone says!

  • chain seems pretty sharp to me...... that's hard wood....... engine isn't pullin down much so either chain is dull or engine is really strong...... cuttin pretty fast though for hardwood that big

  • I'd like to see all of the expert commenters on here putting up a 40" hardwood tree (beech, maple, oak, whatever) and showing us all just how fast their imaginary saws cut.

A lot of you guys must live in the PNW or somewhere that most of the wood is 2nd growth softwoods.

  • Very dull chain and probably the wrong chain to begin with. That poor engine is being overworked. It should be cutting much faster than that.Nice to see a roller nose again though.

  • what size teeth are on that thing..did you steal them from a t rex lol? i know its a little dull but the kerf on that thing is what ? 0.75 inches? you must use a 0.50 file to touch that beast up

  • what do you use the wood for? I turn wood so this tree and it sizes yells bowls to me lol

  • Veoma sporo !!!!

  • This guy looks pissed lol

  • thing must take an hour to sharpen lol

  • My 460 ain't got shit on that mean bastard

  • for "daw162" u can tell by the dust instead of chips coming out of the saw that the chain is dull and the bar is old an burnt out i run a 880 about 4 to 6 hours a day..

  • My 045 AV Super wants to be like this when it grows up.

  • ghee - more comments about sharpness from people who must use chainsaws only in the land of softwoods.

  • That saw's a beast

  • I bet you never had to get a job like that while you were still struggling to make it through high school trying to cope with the death of your mother and father and trying to help your poor grandparents raise enought money to feed 4 kids and where the hell do you get off calling me a kid you are only 6 years older than me Its is none ofyour buisnnes wether or not the gentalman in the video should be wereibg eye protection he can make his own decisions .

  • for firewood? you're an idiot!!! to sawmill with such a timber!

  • the pause about a third and 2 thirds the way down cutting through, is that for better chain/bar clean out and oil saturation?

  • its a cookie monster!

  • Everyone is such a safety pussy these days. Why do you give a shit if he is wearing safety glasses? What are you the safety police? People have the right to choose to wear PPE or not. It's non of your business...

Nice saw needs a sharpening. thanks for the video.

  • @netjem in the uk its the law. no ppe, no insurance

  • Nice saw but that's not an oak tree.

  • send that tree to the mill

  • omg its hard fucking wood, im pretty sure if you owned a 880 youd kno when to sharpen your chain

  • dobra masina

  • DULL CHAIN!!!!

  • The wood is beautiful. What a shame to cut it up for firewood. It would make an awesome workbench or set of chairs.

  • i love watching the end of that bar disappear at 2:50. sweet man

  • Oh please I can do the same thing in half the time with one hand. :P

  • @patwwe dude go troll some were else

  • @REDNECKCABLETV Haha dude it was a joke, I didn't mean with a chainsaw I meant literally with my hand....

  • @patwwe o ok srry lol i take trolling very seirous -_-

  • @REDNECKCABLETV Haha it's all good! Yeah I can tell haha.

  • What does Ms880 cost in united states?

  • Comment removed

  • That's a good looking tree. Isn't worth more not all chopped up?

  • what a waste of a decent length of good looking oak.....get yourself a mobile sawmill and turn it into proper money.....

  • did porting it help much. mine gets hot after awhile.

  • Mouai ... ! Dommage pour la chaine !

  • Szerintem is kicsit kéne élezni a lánccon .

  • elle coupe pas ta chaine du con

  • Élesebb Lánccal Jobb lenne!!

  • dull chain look at dust

  • Nice video ! Thank You ! But put some eye protection on brother ! One day at my hospital and you will never run a saw again without it !

  • Kick ass saw... but damn dull chain..

  • @kylleven so right i could cut much faster with my 18 inches ms441 !!

  • I think you might want a longer bar.

  • Brad, is this your own personal saw?

  • i see a lot of cord wood

  • thats a good idea with the pull rope handle

  • the best !!!!!!!!

  • I know its hot, I know it is hard work and you're sweating.. But there is NO EXCUSE for not wearing Safety Glasses!!! You only have one set of eyes!!!

Note you are even squinting because of the debris...Wear em so you can make more great videos for us!!!

    Thanks for sharing...

    ~ub~

  • @UnckieBub agreed!

  • @UnckieBub dude im a third generation logger, we've never worn safety glasses unless like doing extreme grinding with a angle grinder and we still have all our eyes...

  • Just wait until you get hit in the face. Then you'll know. I didn't wear the safety gear either, but now I wear hard hat and wire face shield. The emergency room bill was enough of a lesson.

Hope you don't learn the same way. Be safe!

  • @777fuzzypeach i due wear helmuts but not with that shitty lil big screen on it i dont think that will stop a 17 lb chain saw and if you any good with a chainsaw and you watch the nose youll never get kick back

  • @REDNECKCABLETV Yeah, but wait until that limb under strain hits you in the face. I don't care how "good" you are, accidents happen.

Be careful and I hope you don't find out the hard way. Tasting your own blood is no fun.

  • @777fuzzypeach Well, nothing but a full titanium helmet with some kind of sponge with gel in it will rescue you from getting a good kick in face because of kickback.Hard hats with full face glass won't help. They made quickstop just for that reason. If kickback occurs (always human mistake) chain will hopefully stop and save your chin and head from being cut in red pasta... Chainsaw is brutal machine if not used properly

  • @UnckieBub wtf??? are you his daddy man?..if the dude dont wanna wear saftey glasses the the dude dont wanna wear safety glasses...dont enforce your standards on him. he is grown

  • @UnckieBub Sorry old timer, but think this full grown man can make up his own mind.

  • @UnckieBub stop being such a pansy

  • @Woodland18 Shut the fuck up, kid. You're 17, you've probably never been on a job and got shit in your eyes, and had to go to the hospital and lost out on money because of it. You don't know shit. If you don't wanna wear eye protection, cool bro. That's your choice. Eye protection isn't for pansys though, bud. When you're blind in one eye you'll know all the pussies were right.

  • @theBLC420 For your information I do know what its like to be on a job site you piece of shit and I have gotten shit in my eyes to the point of not being able to see for several minuts you see not all of us were blessed with a rich momy or daddy or a trust fund My mother died during child birth with my youngest brother and my father got killed by a drunk driver alls I know is fucing hard work knowing I am man enough to get a job with a local logging outfit doing all the shit work.

  • @Woodland18 Oh and btw, I've been working since I was 13. I don't have a trust fund. I used to do the shit work, too, when I was a dumb kid and that's all I knew how to do. If you've gotten shit in your eyes you should know how important eye protection is. You ain't too bright, are ya kid?

  • @theBLC420 Well I can tell you I am a hell of a lot brighter than you I at least I know how to do the work not just say I do the only reason I get the shit jobs is because I am the youndgest guy in a job full hardened vets. everybodys got to start somewere.

  • @theBLC420 Where I come from we beat the hell out of shits like you any of these old timers in this trade would consider you a descrase I have more experiance in my little pinky than you have in your whole body you musicion street pharmacist piece of shit......

  • @Woodland18 Damn kid, are you new at the internet or something? I don't think you understand how this works. I think you meant I'm a disgrace, and you have more experience than me. It's cool, I don't think you're a hillbilly retard just because you can't spell. I really doubt that you have more experience than me. I've been in the woods since before you were born.

  • @theBLC420 I hate to break it to you but just because you have a few trees in your backyard dosent mean your in the deep woods and FYI northern folks are not considered hill billy rednecks any imbcel with half a brain should know were the term redneck comes from especialy if you think your cool enough to post it in a public forum for everyone to see as far as my spelling goes I am sorry I dont have enough time in my buessy scheduale to perfectr every single word I wright especialy if its in a

  • Pittaly argument like this I am to busy working hard and getting shit in my eyes and caluses on my hands if you dont like that than dont open your big fucking mouth.

  • @Woodland18 why you so mad bro?

  • @theBLC420 I dont usualy get so into these things but sometimes I just just cant help myself. I insult you, you insult me vise versa bullshit makes the world go round right. any way I think I am pretty much done if you are Im getting pretty tired. You put up one hell of an argument though.

  • @Woodland18 hahahahah, you're wiser than I thought man.
