I put it this way because I was trying to get across the notion that the determining ground for an aesthetic judgement in any of the moments "can be no other than subjective" to people who aren't necessarily familiar with the philosophical architecture of Kant's critiques. But yes, clearly, "Quality" is the condition for the possibility of a concept & not a concept as such.
Interesting video but I disagree on one point you made. @02:41 It seems like you're implying that Kant is saying that the "Categories of Judgment" in this case Quality is a "pure concept" only existing in the mind? Kant's very clear on the fact that these Categories of Judgement are a priori. An inter-working dichotomy of abstract universals.
