@Leafstarshine It's Gran Turismo 4: Prologue. Basically a pre-release demo of Gran Turismo 4.

It is only found in Europe and Asia and it has up to 50 cars, 5 tracks, and a "Driving School Mode" to train you for the official release of Gran Turismo 4.

This is one of the training exercises in School Mode, dubbed "Coffee Break", which takes place on the Gymkhana course (which is accessible outside of Driver Training in the Official Release of Gran Turismo 4).

prologue is a demo that you pay for

Prologue has about half of the tracks, a lot less cars & can only drive in automatic. The game is not as stringent too: you can get away with more off road in the licences.
