IM brown skinned and I wear "I like it like that" and "All styled up" from Mac's In the Groove Collection that just came out, (these are light pink shades) and for darker pinks I have "Cremesheen Lickable" and "Girl about town". Saint Germain is the only one I think I'd shy away from because it's shiny, where as Pink Nouveau, Pink Plaid and Snob at lest come out really matte-looking when you wear them with lip pencils.

Don't shy away from lighter pinks ladies of color! As long as you have Pink Treat or Beurre Cremestick Liners from MAC, they will look just fine on you. That's what I found out after I tried on Pink Treat Cremestick Liner with MAC Pink Nouveau anyway.

After that I even tried on the Pink Treat and Beurre pencils with Snob, Pink Plaid and maybe even Please Me.

I recently purchased my 1st MAC lipstick and it was St. Germain and I love it! I pair it with chestnut pencil and randomly wear VIVA Glam VI lipgloss or any light pink lipgloss. WOC can definitely sport pink lips.

Red lipstick is the hard nut to crack as far as finding the right undertones, but pink is a lot easier to deal with.
