@abelucious No actually...I do not like the negativity and would rather not waste my time on people that have negative things to say...especially when it comes to fitness. I do not put my videos on here for any other reason except for people to benefit from them, whether it be at an at home workout or for another instructor to use in their fitness class. Fitness should not bring you down....it should pump you up. So I will CONTINUE to block the negative comments!!!

I often see put downs of people who are doing the class that are completely inappropriate. I encourage you to delete these people. There is no place in the fitness world for negative people.
