@mrcooldude964 That is from your point of view. People see things differently, Styper saw things differently. I saw them in concert where they explained why they did a tribute to these artists. They said that they are the ones who inspired the way they play. They did not however honor all the things you stated above about the homosexuality etc. I personally was against this act of Stryper as well but who are we to shut out the world when Jesus himself died for the world.

They do not live extravagant lifestyles and they are certainly not in the music business for the money. They are great friends, good fathers, and beautiful people. These men openly share Christ with all that they come into contact with. I have the benefit of knowing one of them and his family closely and I know how he acts in his personal life and what he believes, and I have seen how he reached out to all people to share Jesus with them. Interest in the band then opens the door for them to give their other material a chance. Stryper's mission is to reach the lost. Preaching to the choir yields little aside from self-righteousness. Instead of passing snap judgements, try to think of the reasoning behind what they're doing.
