is the parent fault who did not teach their children what is right and wrong. It is the same case in Foshan where the baby girl being hit by cars and nobody go to help. Not eating in the train in HK. It is not very much to ask really, in Japan, they expect you not to talk loudly and in Canada, they expect you to move your seats for the elderly. Hell, in Canada, I once saw a 5 yr old kid stealing a seat from a Granny and got scorn by a middle aged man very loudly. Those ppl bitching about HKers being a jackass over the issue should just stay within the undeveloped part of China, because you will not get used to developed countries.

@brianleung8912 Their moral value is improving as well. Just not as fast as their thriving economy. Shenzhen,Suzhou,Hangzhou,Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou's GDP have all overpassed HK. The living standard is increasing dramatically as well.
