As has already been stated, You're just going to have to actually do a little research that does not come from a list of talking points, or fox news reruns, if you actually want to get to the truth, although I doubt that understanding this phenomena is on your too do list, more likely you're just a sad little man, with a sad little penis to match his sad little brain, but at least they let you carry a gun. We're Shadow Media, you can't out propaganda us with bullshit. ALL POWER TO THE PEOPLE!
child molesting catholic priests, to another district, leaving the good cops to catch the flack for the criminals hiding behind their badge. Doesn't that piss you off? It should. OLA is actually going strong in at least 40 communities in los angeles county alone, if anything more people are embracing this movement every day. Oh, by the way, every major SOPA street protest in the country was organized by members or affiliates of Occupy Wall Street dipshit. Do agree about idiocy in the street.
to protect dirty cops. I don't know what kind of magical fairy fortress you live in, but in my neighborhood police officers have been guilty of robbery, rape murder, brutality, extortion, intimidation, and drug dealing, just to name a few offences, yet, even when we are able to obtain evidence of police misconduct, hell, let's call it what it is, terrorism, the people are continually denied justice. The offending officers are exonerated by a rubber stamp review board and shuffled around like
Now you could pull out the few bad apples excuse, but we both know that not to be true. Are most LAPD officers good people who became cops to make their community better? Hell yes, the institution they joined however is much less concerned with the safety of the average citizen than enforcing and maintaining the interest of whomever the current city administration is, and their donors. The divide between the police and the people is expanded further by the unspoken policy of most departments

nickedoso, Yes, we are well aware of the letter of the law, just wanted to see if you would further implicate yourself as a member of the law enforcement community, thank you for doing so. It's cool, we don't hold any particular hatred towards the police, nor disdain for the even keeled, respectful, and responsible authority needed to maintain a civil society. None of those words however, describe the LAPD, or it's relationship to the citizens it is sworn to serve and protect.
This makes the actions of the LAPD illegal, not the protesters. I know you would like to live in a world where the poor and repressed would just shut up and eat the shit they are forced to swallow. Then move to Canada, or China...oh wait, the people are in the streets in over 3000 cities, so more than a few Americans agree with us. Sorry brother, just cause you can yell louder than most, does not make you right either. leave you with this, what would you do to make this world better for all?
@Occupyshadowmediala Most of the people in US don't have any problems with the police because they aren't trying to instigate confrontations for purpose of a photo op. This is why your "movement" has been rejected, because you just can't help but keep trying this failing approach that doesn't play well. The #s out for DC tell the story. Do you realize SOPA protest in NYC had almost 3x your DC #s? And they're already backing off. Protest doesn't have to be unorganized idiocy in the street.
nickedoso, If the people move as one unit, there would be no arrests, that's the point. Lynching is only a valid charge when someone is in the lawful custody of the police, not when that person is snatched from a crowd with no probable cause. These cats were banging drums, and chanting, at the artwalk for goodness sake , not much pc. This in itself is proof that we do live in a police state. Selective enforcement of a law is in itself a violation of the law.
@Occupyshadowmediala You clearly have very little understanding of the law. It might be good to actually learn some so that you don't continue to get yourself and your compatriots in trouble. You don't have the right to determine what is the "lawful custody of the police". Proper recourse under the law for the person arrested is to file a complaint or fight the charge in court. You are not justified under the law in fighting to "de-arrest" him.
They would shit their pants, and be forced to withdraw, as happened when the crowd massed at LA CAN. Consider this an open call for a movement discussion and training in psyce warfare, seems only fair, the pigs have been mindfucking us from the day one, aren't your mental asses sore brothers and sisters? As for lynching, I suggest you google the Willie Lynch letter, and tell the pigs who better fits the definition, them or us.
@Occupyshadowmediala What it must be like to live in the land of conspiracy police state that you think you live in. Unfortunately for you and OWS, the rest of America doesn't agree with you. They may be unhappy about a number of things but they would look at a video like this, and think you cult like and insane. I don't mean that as a put down but as an honest reaction that most would have to seeing this. "We don't recognize fucking authority!" ? "We're going to go get our brother back"?
The charge against Sergio is lynching, odd I know, but this is the charge for trying to snatch back someone from police custody. A better tactic would have been for the crowd move to pull the stolen soldier back as a unit, pull them back into the crowd, then form an interlocked chain of bodies to protect them, limiting our chants simply to "no fear here" or some such thing. How would the cops respond to this? In the middle of the artwalk? with thousands chocking the streets?
ponch082772, nickedoso Are quite obviously plants, as nick opened his account in october, and has yet to post anything, except snyde remarks on occupy vids, and ponch closed his account right after posting his comment. That having been said, their comments do have a ring of truth to them. As I hope you've noticed brothers and sisters, a common tactic of the LAPD is to snatch one of us, and watch us come undone in undiciplined fits of anger. This must stop, they win every time we fall for it.
@Occupyshadowmediala Lol, I'm a plant because I criticize your nonsense? Apparently, no one is allowed to disagree or their comments get excised. Figures. My comments have a ring of truth because your actions are criminal and pointless. You try to stop someone being arrested for something that will have him out in 15 seconds, by having people commit a more serious offense. And your counseling on how to do it better and expose more people to arrest?
imdementia, What? Did you reply to the wrong video? Put the pipe down brother.
