Thank you very much for sharing this video here! I recommend you all to watch it! I also recommend that you read the novel by Vercors "The Silence of the Sea". It's one of the best novels in world literature!

The last time I saw this was on a shotty VHS in my college video lab.

Thank you. In some way this reminds me of the famous Play For Today entry Stocker's Copper - about a policeman billeted on a striking miner's family.
Nice to see another Haines fan out there too. :-)
