um yea my phone i just updated it from 3.0.1. to 4.0.1. it looks different but in general i dont have an accesability option and my location services are only for my phone and how does he do the multitasking and folders?
Before I jailbroke my 3GS, the mail and safari apps would always run in the backgroung by default. I figured they probably still do in 4.0, but does "killing" the apps from multitasking menu, do they quit completely? Thanks.

dude u can change the bubble background... go to general then wallpaper... pick the wallpaper then u can change it
