To be the President of the USA, the Constitution of the USA indicates that he must be "a natural born citizen". To be a natural born citizen, he MUST meet 2 conditions:
1) he must be born in the USA. Obama NEVER showed a LONG FORM birth certificate!
2) he must be born of two American parents! Obama's father was NEVER an American!
BOTH conditions are required!

His constitutional eligibility rest with the 50 state elections, and the Congressional certification. The States control the vetting process the courts have no say so in the vetting, if a State requires him to meet eligibility and he refuses, his name will not be placed on the 2012 ballot. There is only one permutation for natural born citizen: jus soli jus sanguinis both parents, since it's differentiated from citizen in article II. Also a president is never a statutory citizen, that is why they are always 14 years a "resident".

@PatrickLMT your assertion that naturalized only means "by oath" instead of what it really means, which is by any manmade law or statute or treaty, is exposed as untrue since there were no oath-naturalized US citizens until well after the ratification. All the first presidents were citizens, all congress and senate only need be citizens. Minor already holds that no 14th amendment Citizen is eligible to be president, and that is why the term nor definition are in the 14th (or US Code 1401).

@PatrickLMT What you defined is a US Code 1401(b) statutory or naturalized at birth US Citizen, ineligible to be president.
In Article II, the two terms are differentiated (Citizen versus natural born Citizen); no USC1401 14th amendment "Citizen" is eligible to be president, only a natural born Citizen.
Article I Congress/Senate must be age 25 and 6/9 years a "Citizen", whereas Pres must be age 35, a natural born Citizen and 14 years a RESIDENT since they are never a statutory Citizen.

A natural born citizen, is what a citizen is not.
The only omitted permutation in the definitions for Citizen under US Code 1401 is that for a natural born citizen.
This omitted permutation is 2 US citizen parents, born on US soil.
If there's even one alien parent, that is not a natural born Citizen, it is at best a US Code 1401(b) statutory Citizen, ineligible to be president.
If you have even one first generation tie by blood or soil to a foreign nation, you are not a natural born citizen.

Judge Carter made his final ruling on October 29, 2009, 18 days after this video, and Politico gave it the headline: "Brutal Ruling Quashes Birthers' Suit".
