This will apparently b after the tribulation/time of the anti-christ (son of perdition, that man of sin) considering v 4. Those who r still alive at that time will live here on the earth during the millennial reign with the opportunity to follow Jesus. I say again that it is so sad that many/most of them will still reject Him after Satan is released from the pit.

When Jesus returns & catches the living elect & the dead n Christ, we will b taken somewhere; perhaps somewhere n heaven or here on earth. There r places here on earth man doesnt know of. Read the book of Enoch & c some of the references of some of those places. The scriptures also speak of a place here on earth that currently lies dormant until the children of God come 2 occupy it....

There are scriptures n the old testament describing this time. The whole earth will b able 2 c the effeects of a righteouss kingdom/rule. Isaiah 2:2-4; Micah 4 for example. It is sad 2 say but even with the effects/influence of this righteouss rule, many (as the sand of the sea) will still b decieved by Satan when he is released from the pit. But this gives a bigger picture of the grace/love of God.

The major purpose for the millennial reign is not b/c God is not finished creating His human familythat He purposed n the beginning b/c the world cannot b sustained in its current evil status. U must understand that the scriptures say that God Declared the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done (Isaiah 46:10) He set the bounds of all things b4 its time. The real reasson 4 the Millennial reign is this: The world has seen the result of the work of Satan..

Brother, in Rev 20:4 denotes no indication that the scenery is changed to heaven. The millennial reign wil take place on earth and we (the elect) & dead n Christ (I Thess 4:16,17) will reign n rule the nations (of the earth) from here on earth. It never says we will b reigning from heaven. The dead in Christ r those that have died w/Christ Jesus as their Saviour. The rest will not be raised until after the 1000 year reign. So, u have those who include the dead who didnt worship the beast/mark.

@brandthman85 Christians are not perfect but from every measurable standard, not perfection (cause I know some of the things he says are very controversial and I am not necessarily siding with him or against him on anything), Pat Robertson, I believe, is a Christian. But it is very important that you don't join those Christians who go around passing judgment on other believers. That is not what Christ has called us to do and He is not pleased about that attitude in the church.

Thanks, I really appreciate the presentation. One issue I have though; I belive the Scripture teaches that the first resurrection includes not only the tribulation saints (last 7 years) but also all who died in Christ from the time of His firstfruit resurrection unto the moment of the first resurrection at the second coming of Christ. It sounded like you were saying (2:20 on timeline)that the first resurrection was only for the tribulation saints.

I dont think all who go to the White Throne Judgment will be thrown to the lake of fire. It says they will be judged according to thier works. While humanity is indeed imperfect, there are virtous unbelievers who did seek a good and spiritual life with great sincerity. Thus a sentance to the lake of fire would be unjust, and god is not unjust. It will be a active judgment where all the actions of thier life will be examined, but not all will fail it.

Note: the White Throne Judgment is also the 2nd resurrection. The 2nd resurrection is a resurrection to damnation and not a resurrection ot life like the first resurrection which described the resurrection of all the saints in heaven, regardless of when and how they were transformed.
