i want to buy house in Detroit , but need to get into low price + good neighborhood.

i am from Oakland,ca. i know how it is.

how is the sale prices for large houses in B.E. , Arden Park, E. Ferry, Indian Village. any fixers in these areas. any condition is ok.

most homes in these areas are going for at least 25k with at least 10k or more for rehab, so, back to the hood, LOL

do you know what the crime rate is for this area?

like how many burglaries or muggings any such details would be helpful.

its not a bad area, are there is crime all over the world, , I have many video's where I talk to neigbors, i only do that when I see them outside, I dont make a habit of knocking on doors, i rather let them approach me. thanks for watching the shea show
